Further, as per code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company, the Trading Window will remain closed from November 04, 2015 to November 12, 2015 for all directors / officers and designated employees of the Company for the purpose of approval of unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended September 30, 2015. The trading window will be re-opened from November 13, 2015.
