In pursuance of the above, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed for the closure of business hours of November 03, 2015 and will end on November 15, 2015. During this period any purchase, sale or other dealings in the shares of the Company is prohibited to all the Directors / Officers / Employees of the Company.
