With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 27, 2015, Visa Steel has now informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2015, scheduled to be held on November 06, 2015 shall now be held on November 13, 2015. Further, pursuant to ‘VISA Steel Limited - Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders’, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed for all the Designated Employees covered under the Code till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the Stock Exchanges.
