Seamec surges on entering into contract for Charter hire of Vessel ‘SEAMEC II’ with Swiber

Seamec is currently trading at Rs. 120.00, up by 1.80 points or 1.52% from its previous closing of Rs. 118.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 120.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 120.00 and Rs. 119.00 respectively. So far 327 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 139.50 on 14-Nov-2014 and a 52 week low of Rs. 84.15 on 29-Apr-2015.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 127.00 and Rs. 112.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 400.70 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.00% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.85% and 24.15% respectively.

Seamec has entered into a contract for the Charter hire of Vessel ‘SEAMEC II’ with Swiber for undertaking PRP4 & CO26 project in Mumbai High. The tenure of the contract would be around 142 days. The mobilization commenced from October 31, 2015. The Value of Charter would be around $17.38 million. For this contract Kreuz Subsea will be providing diving services.

Seamec is engaged in the business of operating multi-support vessels for diving and for providing underwater/sub-sea engineering services, deep sea diving, and inspection of underwater structures, repairs and maintenance of offshore platform fire-fighting services and rescue operations.
