Physical Rubber prices showed weakness on Thursday due to lack of genuine buyers in the market. Spot prices for RSS-4 variety declined to Rs 111.50/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 112/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety remained unchanged at Rs 110/ kg.
In the futures market, contract of November delivery dropped to Rs 108.69 compared to its previous closing of Rs 109.05, while December delivery closed at Rs 108.67 compared to its previous close of Rs 109.10 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
