Ramco Cements has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2015.
The company has reported 54.63% rise in its net profit at Rs 138.72 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 as compared to Rs 89.71 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, the company’s total income has decreased by 6.28% to Rs 893.92 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 953.83 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported 51.85% rise in its net profit after taxes, minority interest and share of profit of associates at Rs 140.08 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 as compared to Rs 92.25 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company has decreased by 6.27% at Rs 898.77 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 958.86 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.
