Inox Wind has informed that Rajgopal Swami has joined as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company in terms of Section 2(51) of the Companies Act, 2013 with effect from November 13, 2015, in place of Raju Kaul. Hence, in accordance with the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its employees and other connected persons’, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from November 13, 2015 till November 15, 2015.
