With reference to the earlier announcement regarding outcome of the board meeting held on October 28, 2015, Religare Finvest has now informed that however, in the outcome released to the exchanges, the effective date of resignation of Achal Ghai from the Board of RFL, was stated inadvertently as September 30, 2015. In this regard, the Company has clarified that, Achal Ghai has tendered his resignation (through letter dated September 30, 2015) from the directorship of the Board of RFL, received by RFL on October 12, 2015. Accordingly the resignation is effective from October 12, 2015 in terms of Section 168(2) of the Companies Act, 2013. The Board of Directors of RFL in its meeting took note of the said resignation in its meeting held on October 28, 2015.
