Dhanuka Agritech has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 02, 2015, for various matters which includes considering and approving Audited Stand-alone & Consolidated Financial Results for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2015 after giving effect of the Scheme of Amalgamation between A.M. Bros. Fintrade and Dhanuka Finvest with Dhanuka Agritech and their respective Shareholders and Creditors (the Scheme), subject to the receipt of formal Order from the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and to decide the period of book closure for payment of Final Dividend. As per the Company’s Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading window will be closed from the start of business hours on November 25, 2015 till the end of business hours on December 04, 2015.
