Syncom Formulations India has informed that In compliance of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulation, 2015 the Company has submitted a copy of Policy for Determination of Materiality under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulation, 2015. Further note that the above said policy was approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on November 07, 2015 and shall become applicable with effect from December 01, 2015.
