With reference to the earlier letter dated October 12, 2015, Inox Wind has now informed that at the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on October 26, 2015, the Board has approved the Appointment of Shubha Singh as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company. Further the Company has informed that, Raju Kaul ceased to be Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from October 26, 2015 which was intimated in the letter dated October 12, 2015.
