Virat Leasing has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 30, 2015, has appointed Rajeev Kothari, Managing director of the Company as Compliance officer of the Company in place of Sangita Agarwal, Company Secretary, who resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from November 30, 2015. Rajeev Kothari will attend all matters relating to stock exchange, SEBI, Registrar Of Companies and all investors grievances.
