With reference to the earlier letter dated November 24, 2015 regarding the appointment of Internal auditor, Alps Motor Finance has now informed that due to some inadvertently mistake the date of appointment was mentioned as November 13, 2015 instead of November 10, 2015. The Board of Directors in its meeting held on November 10, 2015 appointed Kaushal Kumar & Associates, Advocate as the internal Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2015-16.
