Seamec surges on entering into contract worth $280,000 with Dulam International

Seamec is currently trading at Rs. 110.80, up by 1.80 points or 1.65% from its previous closing of Rs. 109.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 110.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 111.90 and Rs. 109.70 respectively. So far 2315 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 127.00 on 03-Nov-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 84.15 on 29-Apr-2015.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 124.00 and Rs. 107.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 376.29 crore.

Seamec has entered into a contract for the charter hire of vessel ‘Seamec Princess’ with Dulam International, for undertaking job in Persian Gulf. The tenure of the contract would be around 10 days. The contract commenced on December 04, 2015. The value of charter would be around $280,000.

Seamec is engaged in the business of operating multi-support vessels for diving and for providing underwater/sub-sea engineering services, deep sea diving, and inspection of underwater structures, repairs and maintenance of offshore platform fire-fighting services and rescue operations.
