With reference to the earlier announcement dated December 07, 2015, regarding Outcome of EGM, OTCO International has now informed that Shareholders vide Resolution No. 1 which was duly passed at the meeting has reclassified the Shareholding pattern subsequent to the open offer ( as required by Regulation 31 A(5) of Securities and Exchange Board Of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015) and hence Pradeep Kumar Panda has been approved as the new promoter of the Company.
