Zee Learn has informed that consequent to exercise of Stock Options granted by the Company under its ESOP Scheme, the Company has on December 09, 2015 allotted total 85799 Equity shares consisting of 14000 Equity Shares of Re 1 each at an exercise price of Rs 26.05 per Equity Share, 16100 Equity Shares of Re 1 each at an exercise price of Rs 14.50 per Equity Share, 41949 Equity Shares of Re 1 each at an exercise price of Rs 20.85 per Equity Share and 13750 Equity Shares of Re 1 each at an exercise price of Rs 35.25 per Equity Share under the existing ZLL - ESOP, 2010 Scheme. Consequent to the above allotment the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from 320,194,208 equity shares of Re 1 each aggregating Rs 320,194,208 to 320,280,007 equity shares of Re 1 each aggregating Rs 320,280,007.
