Anuh Pharma has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Invent Pharma, to acquire fixed assets of latter’s research and development laboratory situated in a leased premise in TTC Industrial Area, Navi Mumbai. The company is also mulling to intensify its own research and development activity with a view to enlarge its bulk drugs portfolio.
