GHCL has informed that winding up petition filled by the Rectella of UK, against the company before the High Court of Gujarat (CP. No. 224/2014) has been withdrawn by the petitioner with the permission of the Court. Hence, the aforesaid petition is disposed of, as withdrawn vide order dated December 09, 2015.They would like to reiterate that the initial disclosure for said winding up petition, pertaining to the claim of Rs 3.74 Cr by the Rectella towards the corporate guarantee executed by the company on behalf of its subsidiary, had already been reported to the stock exchange.
