Centum Electronics (Centum) has completed the acquisition of the plastics and defence & aerospace division of Centum Industries (CIPL) by consummation of the Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) entered into between the parties.
The company’s board at its meeting held on November 06, 2015 had approved to acquire the plastics and defense & aerospace division business of CIPL.
Centum Electronics is basically engaged in designing and manufacturing of advanced electronics systems, subsystems, and components. These products cater to various segments such as communications, military, space, automotive and industrial electronics.
