FIIs net sellers of Rs 353.29 crore in futures and options segments on March 12

According to the data released by NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 353.29 crore in futures and options segments on Monday, March 12, 2012.

FIIs were sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 673.82 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 3.79 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs 292.07 crore, and they also bought stock options worth Rs 24.67 crore.

Cumulative FII positions as percentage of total gross market position in the derivative segment as on March 12, 2012 is 34.65%.
