Hatsun Agro Product has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 23, 2015, to consider the proposal to acquire a Feed Mill Unit in Tamil Nadu subject to the due diligence and other formalities. Further, in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors/officers/designated employees of the Company immediately on submission of this notice to the Stock Exchange and would open 48 hours after the announcement of outcome of the meeting to the public.
