Prakash Industries has informed that the Company is generating power through waste heat recovery boilers connected with the kilns. The Company is a pioneer and first in the country, to develop this energy saving technology. The Company has recently completed a project for retrofitting of these Boilers along with a new Turbo Generator Set. With the execution of this project the Company is able to generate higher power of over 8 MW without additional cost. The project is expected to give substantial savings to the Company to the tune of about Rs 30 Crores annually.
