Zee Learn has informed that the ESOP Allotment Sub-Committee of the Company at its meeting held on December 21, 2015 has approved allotment of total 1,22,289 equity shares consisting of 2100 Equity Shares of Re 1 at an exercise price of Rs 14.50 per Equity Share, 40,439 Equity Shares of Re 1 at an exercise price of Rs 20.85 per Equity Share, 25,000 Equity Shares of Re 1 at an exercise price of Rs 27.55 per Equity Share and 54,750 Equity Shares of Re 1 at an exercise price of Rs 35.25 per Equity Share, under the ZLL-ESOP, 2010 Scheme -AMENDED 2015. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from 320,301,633 equity shares of Re 1 each aggregating Rs 320,301,633 to 320,423,922 equity shares of Re 1 each aggregating Rs 320,423,922.
