Zee Learn has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on December 23, 2015. In this connection, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company will be closed for Designated Employees (including directors) of the Company from December 23, 2015 till the second trading day after announcement of the outcome of the Board meeting of the Company to the Stock Exchanges. All Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
