Kartavya Udyog Viniyog has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 23, 2015, has approved the proposal for change of name of the Company & given authorization to the Board to file name approval application with Registrar of Companies, approved the proposal for shifting of the registered office of the Company from the state of West Bengal to the State of Assam, Guwahati, approved the proposal for delisting of the securities of the Company from the Calcutta Stock Exchange, and board of directors recommended the above stated matters/resolution to pass by the shareholders of the Company through postal ballot, subject to the approval from Registrar of Companies for name approval.
