Mukand has informed that as per the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor & Report Trading by Insiders laid down by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015; the trading window for dealing with securities of the Company will be closed for the Directors & Designated Employees of the Company with effect from January 01, 2016 till the date of Board Meeting proposed to be held for consideration of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending December 31, 2015; and it will reopen after 24 hours of the publication of the aforesaid financial results.
