Maharashtra Scooters has informed that in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed for the Directors and designated employees of the company from January 01, 2016 and will reopen after conclusion of 24 hours of the publication of unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter and nine month ending December 31, 2015.
