Mangalam Drugs & Organics has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 14, 2016, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015; to appoint the Internal Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2015-2016; and to appoint the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2015-16. Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from January 05, 2016 and would open 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public.
