Capital First surges on raising Rs 300 crore via NCD

Capital First is currently trading at Rs. 433.20, up by 6.45 points or 1.51% from its previous closing of Rs. 426.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 433.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 437.05 and Rs. 430.00 respectively. So far 34116 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 464.80 on 15-Apr-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 320.95 on 25-Aug-2015.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 437.05 and Rs. 401.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3952.71 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 65.27% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 17.99% and 16.74% respectively.

Capital First has raised Rs 300 crore through issue of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis. The Debenture Committee has approved allotment of 3,000 NCDs of face value Rs 10 lakh each. The NCDs will be listed on the wholesale debt segment on the NSE.

Capital First is an MSME and consumer financing company which provides debt financing to these segments and also offers home loans, two wheeler loans and durable loans to entry and mid-level salaried employees of corporates.
