Mastek has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 14, 2016, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2015, to consider the payment of Interim Dividend, if any; and to fix the record date, for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend ,if any. Further, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window has been closed, in connection with the declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the third quarter ended December 31, 2015, from December 25, 2015. The trading window shall reopen on January 17, 2016.
