Transwarranty Finance rallies as RBI hikes FII investment limit

Transwarranty Finance is currently trading at Rs. 6.51, up by 0.31 points or 5% from its previous closing of Rs. 6.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 6.51 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 6.51 and Rs. 6.51 respectively. So far 2165 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 8.29 on 20-Feb-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 4.92 on 10-Jun-2015.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 6.51 and Rs. 5.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 15.92 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 53.61% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held NA% and 46.39% respectively.

Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has allowed foreign institutional investors (FIIs)/registered foreign portfolio investors (RFPIs) and non-resident Indians to invest up to 100 per cent and 24 per cent stake in Transwarranty Finance under the portfolio investment scheme. Currently, the company does not have any institutional presence. Sterling Biotech holds 2.20 per cent stake in the firm.
