Promius Pharma, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hyderabad-based pharmaceutical major Dr Reddy's Laboratories (DRL), has entered a collaborative agreement with US-based Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, to market Cloderm cream in the US market. Under the agreement, Promius Pharma would make an upfront payment and would pay future royalties for the rights to manufacture, distribute and market the drug in US.
