Kirloskar Electric Company shines on restarting its operations at unit-16, Khondhapuri

Kirloskar Electric Company is currently trading at Rs. 37.00, up by 1.50 points or 4.23% from its previous closing of Rs. 35.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 33.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 37.75 and Rs. 33.20 respectively. So far 125259 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 47.55 on 30-Dec-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 22.40 on 16-Jun-2015.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 41.60 and Rs. 32.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 196.76 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.79% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 7.89% and 40.32% respectively.

Kirloskar Electric Company has restarted its operations at unit-16 situated at GAT No. 309/1, 319/2, 317, 318, Village Khondhapuri, Nagar Road, Shirur, Pune - 412 209. Earlier, the company has declared lock out its manufacturing operations at unit 16. 

Kirloskar Electric Company is the manufacture, sales and services of diverse range of electrical and electronic equipment such as AC Induction Motors, AC Generators, DG Sets, DC Machines & Traction Equipment, Transformers, Switchgears, Control Equipments and Systems etc., The projects and system division of the Company has specialized in executing system packages for large industries like steel, fertilizers, cement, sugar and other core sectors.
