Aditya Birla Nuvo has informed that the Company has allotted 15,161 equity shares of Rs 10 each on January 14, 2016, pursuant to exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013. All the said Equity Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company, in all respects. The paid up share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs 1,30,20,76,970 (13,02,07,697 equity shares of Rs 10 each) to Rs 1,30,22,28,580 (13,02,22,858 equity shares of Rs 10 each).
