With reference to the earlier announcement dated January 13, 2016 intimated that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting scheduled on January 18, 2016 will consider the proposal to raise funds by issue of additional Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis in one or more tranches, India Infradebt has now informed that the Board Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on January 18, 2016 has been postponed and re-scheduled to be held on January 20, 2016.
