Siemens strengthens on winning order worth Rs 112 crore from RRVPNL

Siemens is currently trading at Rs. 1005.00, up by 27.10 points or 2.77% from its previous closing of Rs. 977.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 992.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1007.00 and Rs. 981.65 respectively. So far 12,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1558.00 on 06-Aug-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 971.40 on 21-Jan-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1058.00 and Rs. 971.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 35,807.00 crore.

Siemens has won a crucial order approximately worth Rs 112 crore from Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam (RRVPNL), a State Power Transmission Utility owned by Government of Rajasthan and headquartered in Jaipur.

The scope of work for the project involves engineering, supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 400 kv /220kV Air Insulated Substations.
