Abbott India has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 01, 2016, to consider and approve the text of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2015, along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon as required under Regulation 33 of the said Regulations. Further, pursuant to BSE Circular dated February 03, 2014, in terms of Abbott India Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from January 25, 2016 to February 03, 2016.
