Havells India spurts on reporting 4% rise in Q3 net profit

Havells India is currently trading at Rs 302.00, up by 2.00 points or 0.67% from its previous closing of Rs. 300.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 300.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs 302.85 and Rs 295.65 respectively. So far 38748 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 321.90 on 01-Jan-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs 235.60 on 09-Nov-2015.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 304.70 and Rs 283.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 18850.06 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 61.63% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 29.24% and 9.12% respectively.

Havells India has reported 3.92% rise in its net profit at Rs 120.77 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 as compared to Rs 116.21 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The company’s total income has increased by 8.07% to Rs 1357.68 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 1256.29 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
