With reference to the earlier Announcement dated January 23, 2016, regarding Financial Results for Dec 31, 2015, R.S. Software (India) has informed that the mistake was in the first page of the Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the period ending December 31, 2015 under column ‘Particulars’ at point no. 14 i.e. Share of Profit / (Loss) of Associates ‘the amount should be read as in INR Lacs’ 29 instead of ‘2009’ mistakably typed. Now the Company has submitted Revised Financial Results for Dec 31, 2015.
