Zee Entertainment Enterprises has informed that the Company has on January 29, 2016 completed dispatch of Postal Ballot Notice seeking approval of Preference shareholders of the Company by passing an Ordinary Resolution for consolidating and re-organizing the face value of Existing Preference Shares from Re 1 each to Rs 10 each and consequent alteration of clause V in MOA of the Company. The Company has also submitted a copy of the Notice of Postal Ballot.
