Southern Petrochemicals’ Tuticorin urea plant reaches annual urea production target

Southern Petrochemicals Industries Corporation’s urea plant situated at Tuticorin has reached its annual urea production target and has been stopped for maintenance purpose on March 08, 2012. The plant is scheduled to be restarted during April 2012 after completion of maintenance activities in plant.

The company since its founding has been providing product and services that feed, nourish, and protect the agriculture and rural ecosystem. The company is now a well diversified one with area of businesses spreading from fertilizers to pharma.
