Further, as per the Company’s internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading (as amended with effect from May 09, 2015) the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Company’s Directors / Officers and designated employees of the Company from February 03, 2016 and will re-open 48 hours after the publication of the December quarter results to the public in the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on February 13, 2016.
