Crompton Greaves has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2015.

The company has reported 72.86% fall in its net profit at Rs 107.31 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 as compared to Rs 395.37 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The company’s total income has decreased by 5.21% to Rs 1008.63 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 1064.11 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a net loss of Rs 107.03 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 as compared to net profit of Rs 274.29 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has decreased by 14.32% at Rs 2087.52 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 2436.42 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.
