Further, Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading as adopted by the Company, the Trading Window of Company shall remain closed for 2 working days prior to the date of the Board Meeting viz from February 11, 2016 to February 14, 2016 and 48 hours after the Board Meeting i.e. from February 15, 2016 to February 16, 2016 and Trading in Shares of Company are fully prohibited during this period.
