Ador Multiproducts has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 09, 2016, has considered and approved the appointment of Deep Lalvani as Whole Time Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company for 5 years; appointment of Gaurav Kumar Jain as Whole time Company Secretary, Compliance officer and Key Managerial Personnel; and during the current financial year, Company has increased its licensed capacity of Alcohol utilization significantly from 120,000 Litre per year to 420,000 Litre per year spread across in both Bangalore and Pondicherry Plants of the Company.
