PSU companies rises on divestment target of Rs 30,000 crore

Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) are trading higher after Finance Minister, Pranab Mukherjee announced the divestment target at Rs 30,000 crore in the Budget 2012 - 2013.

ONGC is currently trading at Rs. 288.70, up by 2.05 points or 0.72% from its previous closing of Rs. 286.65 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 285.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 289.15 and Rs. 285.00 respectively. So far 48284 shares were traded on the counter

Coal India is currently trading at Rs. 344.10, up by 3.35 points or 0.98% from its previous closing of Rs. 340.75 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 340.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 345.60 and Rs. 339.25 respectively. So far 104588 shares were traded on the counter.

SBI is currently trading at Rs. 2320.00, up by 20.55 points or 0.89% from its previous closing of Rs. 2299.45 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 2299.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2322.80 and Rs. 2295.15 respectively. So far 130766 shares were traded on the counter.
