PSU banks trade higher after FM allocates Rs 25,000 crore Recapitalization of PSU banks

Finance Minister (FM) Arun Jaitley has allocated Rs 25,000 crore for Recapitalization of PSU Banks

State Bank of India (SBI) is currently trading at Rs. 157.50, up by 1.25 points or 0.80% from its previous closing of Rs. 156.25 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 158.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 163.90 and Rs. 153.25 respectively. So far 3260874 shares were traded on the counter.

Punjab National Bank (PNB) is currently trading at Rs. 73.30, up by 0.80 points or 1.10% from its previous closing of Rs. 72.50 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 73.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 75.45 and Rs. 71.05 respectively. So far 841140 shares were traded on the counter.

Bank of India (BOI) is currently trading at Rs. 84.25, up by 0.40 points or 0.48% from its previous closing of Rs. 83.85 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 84.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 87.25 and Rs. 82.30 respectively. So far 568936 shares were traded on the counter.
