Aditya Birla Nuvo has informed that the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad has on February 29, 2016 orally pronounced a common order (Order) sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation of ABNL IT & ITES Limited, Aditya Birla Minacs BPO Private Limited and Indigold Trade & Services Limited with Aditya Birla Nuvo Limited (Scheme). The Certified copy of the said Order is awaited. The effectiveness of the said Scheme is subject to filing of a copy of the said Order along with the sanctioned Scheme with the Stock Exchange(s) and the jurisdictional Registrar of Companies.
