Further, as per the ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed for the Company’s Directors and other designated persons (including their immediate relatives) from March 05, 2016 to March 13, 2016 for the purpose of considering payment of Interim Dividend for the year 2015-2016.
