Tech Mahindra has informed that the name of Satyam Computer Services Limited (SCSL), since merged with Tech Mahindra, has been struck off from the array of respondents in CP No.1 of 2009 filed by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) Government of India vide order dated February 29, 2016 of the Hon’ble Company Law Board (CLB), Principal Bench, New Delhi. CP No.1 was filed by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) post issue of letter dated January 07, 2009 by the then chairman of erstwhile SCSL.
